Traveling this New years and ran across MedjetAssist.  I found MedjetAssist pretty interesting.  I was actually looking for travel insurance quotes, when I found medjetAssist.  MedjetAssist provides medical evacuation services for both domestic and international travellers.  It’s not an insurance policy and its a yearly membership.  They will air lift you to any hospital of your choice in case of any medical emergency that lands you in the hospital.  As long as you are more then 150 miles away from your home and your hospitalized, MedjetAssist will get you to home or to a hospital of your choice.  Medjet cost only $235 for a yearly membership or $365for a family membership.  If you only needed domestic travel the cost is $175 for a years membership.  Medjet Assist also requires no medical.  No medical is big plus for MedjetAssist.
