Millions of people have switched to an efax or other electronic fax service.  Its so much easier and the cost is less then a traditional phone line and fax machine.  If you take an annual plan Efax will cost you less then 15 bucks a month.  Those that are not familiar with electronic faxes, your faxes now come in on your email.  I have been using efax for years and its wonderful.  I often have people tell me that its a pain because you require there viewer, however that is not the case.  With Efax you can change the settings to have all your faxes be received as a PDF instead of the .efx extension that requires the Efax viewer.  You will never misplace a fax again, since everything is on your email.  Efax also allows you to send to multiple emails.  I know of several companies that have setup a fax email and all faxes received are directed to that email.  I personally send my faxes to my email and a copy to my blackberry so if I’m on the road I get a copy right away.  I highly recommend switching to Efax.
