In my opinion Net10 Wireless offers the best prepaid cellulardeal in the United States.  Here’s why, for $60 you get a Motorola v176 Phone and 900 minutes.  Granted its not the top of the line phone but it works great and its cheap.  Net10 Service is great just about everywhere in the US.  The cost for a minute is .066 cents initially with their offer, but then goes to .10 cents a minute.  You can save a few cents by switching to a plan or buying bulk minutes, like 4000 minutes and get 1000 free.  I recommend buying bulk minutes because it adds two years of expiry time.  This is the great part in my opinion, don’t have to worry about keeping track and I always have minutes on my phone.  Nothing worse then losing minutes every 30 or 60 days.
